Wes Lewis

Wes studies cellular subtype localization and representation learning in single cell RNA sequencing and other high dimensional data types. He is currently working on differential analysis approaches and clustering-free/unsupervised annotation methods that extend existing analytical pipelines for scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq data.
