Event description:

Dr. Jacob Tebes

Professor of Psychiatry, Child Study, and Public Health, Yale University and Chief of Psychology at the Connecticut Mental Health Center.

As part of Yale’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Yale Department of Psychiatry has conducted stress and resilience town halls virtually to support healthcare workers; their families; students, faculty, and staff; and other members of the Yale community during the pandemic and its aftermath.  Over 125 town halls have been conducted with more than 3,500 individuals attending. In each town hall, individuals have the opportunity to share their own experiences of stress during this time and to learn successful strategies to build resilience.

The town hall is students-only and optional.
