Students who develop a passion for research during the CBB M.S. program may pursue a specialized pathway to the CBB Ph.D. program. Students admitted through this pathway enter the second year of the Ph.D. program, building directly on the coursework, research experience, and faculty relationships developed during their master’s studies.
This pathway provides eligible CBB M.S. students with an additional way to apply. The regular CBB Ph.D. application process also remains available.
Students pursuing the pathway must complete a CBB research rotation, identify a Ph.D. adviser, and secure the required faculty commitment and funding support. Admission is limited and is not guaranteed.
